Controller of personal data

Site visitors
No registration is needed to read the site. The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising counters and stores nothing in your browser.
Search queries are processed only to show results: they are not stored in the site's database and are not published. The address of a page with a query may end up in the hosting's technical logs.
YouTube videos
Before you click a video, your browser does not contact YouTube: the cover image is served by our server. The YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only after you click “Watch”. After that, Google's data rules apply.
The "Contact" and "Right of reply" forms
What is stored: name, e-mail, subject (for the right of reply — a link to the material, what exactly should be corrected, the source), the text of the request, attachments (up to 3 files in PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX format, up to 10 MB), the page language and the time of submission. Each request receives a number (for example, ПВ-2026-0001).
Attachments are stored in a closed storage and are not accessible by direct link. Files for which no request was ever submitted are deleted automatically after one day.
Who can see: "Contact" requests — only the platform administrators; "Right of reply" requests — the platform administrators and the person responsible for the right of reply. Every viewing of a request and every opening of an attachment is recorded in a log: who and when. Requests are not shown publicly; if a reply is published following a "Right of reply" request, the site shows only its text, the author's name and the date — without the e-mail.
Spam protection: only a hash (an irreversible fingerprint) of the IP address is stored, in order to limit the number of requests — no more than 5 per hour from one address. The site does not store the IP address itself; hashes are deleted after one day.
Retention periods for requests. Requests submitted through the "Contact" form are stored for 12 months after our last reply. Requests concerning the right of reply — 3 years after the request is closed. Spam and incomplete requests — 30 days. After the period expires, the data is deleted automatically. If a dispute or court proceedings concerning a request are ongoing, the data is stored until they are completed.
Where data is stored
The site runs on Vercel (Frankfurt region, fra1). The database and files are on Supabase (Frankfurt region, Germany).
The hosting keeps technical request logs (page address, time, response code). The site additionally records only technical server errors, without form contents.
