Right of reply

If you believe information on the site is inaccurate, send a request. After review, the reply is published next to the material — with a date and author.

How a request is reviewed

  1. Receipt. Automatic confirmation with a reference number to the applicant's e-mail.
  2. Review. The person responsible for the right of reply checks whether the request concerns the applicant and the specific material.
  3. Decision (within 5 working days). Publish a reply, correct the material or refuse with reasons.
  4. Publication and notification. The reply is placed beneath the material, the material bears the note «Reply published [date]», and the applicant receives a letter with a link.

We review the message and notify you of the decision no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt. If a reply is published, it appears within the same period next to the material to which it relates.
